Stripe and Lemon Squeezy payouts import themselves, gross and fees as separate lines. Vercel, the API bill and the freelancer get typed once and recur on their own.

The connections have already re-read themselves. One sentence names the project that paid for your time, the ranking shows you by how much, and a separate screen shows what you still owe.

Why this exists
I built it for myself. I run three — MakerBadge, Citeable and ProofBench — and after three months I could still tell you what each one made, never what it cost, and never which one was worth the weekend. Every half of the answer lived in a different dashboard.
So I put both halves on one page and ranked them. The first month it told me the product I was proudest of was the one paying me the least. That is the whole feature.

Cancel any month. The export is free on every plan, including this one — a ledger you cannot get back out is not yours.
Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where your country charges it, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Is there a free trial?
No, and there is nothing to expire. One project is free and whole — money in, money out, the net, the verdict and the twelve-month curve — with no card, for as long as you use it. $9 a month raises that to three projects and ranks them against each other; $29 a month covers every project you run and adds the shared costs, the people you owe and the CSV import. The export is free on every plan, including the free one. A trial would take that away again on day fifteen.
How far back does it go?
As far back as you put in. Nothing is ever rolled off: every line you type or import stays in the ledger for as long as the account exists, and the dashboard has an All time period beside the month and the calendar year. The only twelve-month limit is on IMPORT — a Stripe or Lemon Squeezy sync reads the last twelve months, and a bank statement brings in whatever the CSV covers. Anything older than that you type once and it stays.
Does connecting Stripe give you access to my money?
No. It takes a restricted key that can only read payments — it cannot move money, it cannot see a card number, and you can revoke it from Stripe at any moment without telling us. It only ever reads.
What if I don't sell through Stripe?
Lemon Squeezy connects the same way. Failing that, type the lines yourself — the ledger was built for hand-typed entries first and the import is a convenience on top of it, so a project with no connection works exactly the same.
Do I have to press import every month?
No. A connected account re-reads itself on a schedule. If a key is ever revoked the account says so where the figures are read, because the only other symptom would be a ledger that quietly stops moving.
I sell in euros and dollars. What happens to the total?
It refuses to add them. There is no exchange rate in this app and it will not invent one — a converted figure looks right, which makes it the worse lie. You get one total per currency and a note saying why.
Am I charged per project?
No. You pick a tier once — one project, three, or every project you run — and inside that tier the count changes nothing: the eleventh project on Portfolio costs what the second did. Your revenue changes nothing either. ChartMogul steps to $99 a month past $120k of ARR and Baremetrics to $255; this is $29 the month you cross a million, the same as it was the month you crossed nothing.
I use MakerBadge. Does it become paid?
No. The badge has moved in here — it is the second tab in the sidebar, with its own screens for what the panel says, what it looks like and how it gets onto a site — and it stays free, on every tier including the free one. What you already installed keeps working.
What happens to my numbers if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage. You drop back to the free tier: your oldest project keeps its full arithmetic, the rest sit there whole and exportable until you come back, and the export hands all of it over in one file. The badge keeps running throughout.
